Questions
What happens if I hit my URL limit?
You simply can’t add new URLs until you upgrade or add a capacity pack. We never stop checking the URLs you already have, and we never send you a surprise invoice. A monitoring tool that quietly stops monitoring would be worse than useless.
What exactly is “content drift”?
The link still returns 200, but the page changed in a way that matters — a product delisted, a section rewritten, the data you cited quietly removed. We fingerprint the meaningful part of the page and flag when it shifts against the last accepted baseline.
Do you charge VAT?
All prices are excluding VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged. EU consumers are charged their local rate. Customers outside the EU pay no EU VAT.
Can I pay in dollars?
We bill in euros. Your card issuer converts at their rate — usually better than the one we could offer. The USD figures shown are indicative only.
Can I get content drift without upgrading?
Yes — add it to Daily Sweep for €6/month. It’s there for small lists that still need to know when a page changes underneath them. Deep Sweep includes it, along with 7.5× the URLs, 6-hourly sweeps and the sitemap scanner.
Do you charge per user?
No. Billing is per workspace and metered on URLs only. Add as many teammates as you like within your plan — we’d rather the person who fixes the links actually receives the alerts.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, both directions. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the period so you keep what you paid for.

No — Daily Sweep and Deep Sweep can start with a 14-day trial (card required, charged when it ends), and the entry plan is €5/month. Full Sweep is pay-now. If a subscription lapses your workspace goes read-only rather than being deleted, and we keep your data for 30 days.
