SEO agencies

Screaming Frog is a crawl. RotSweep is the watchman between crawls.

A three-by-three snapshot grid inside a continuous indigo orbit

SEO agencies already have a crawler. Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, the audit inside Ahrefs or Semrush. You run it, you export, you put broken internal links and redirect chains into a ticket. That is the right workflow for on-site hygiene.

What the crawl is for

A map of the site you control: status codes, redirect chains, titles, canonicals, the things a quarterly audit is supposed to find. Keep doing that. RotSweep is not a crawler and will not grow into one.

What happens in the six weeks between exports

Outbound links on money pages keep rotting. Merchants 301 deep links. Publishers leave resource round-ups untouched for a year. A cited source rewrites the paragraph your client quoted. None of that waits for the next crawl, and none of it necessarily 404s. A broken-link checker on a crawl you remember to run will not see the gap.

How agencies actually use this

One workspace per client, or one workspace with a project per client. Paste, CSV, or a page scan — sitemap scanning from Deep Sweep up. One digest email when something changed, to the people who can actually fix the links. Seats are not billed, on purpose: the developer or the content editor has to be allowed to receive the alert.

Deep Sweep at €25/month is the tier that includes content drift, 1,500 URLs and the sitemap scanner. Full Sweep is for large lists and hourly checks. Slack is not available yet; the digest is email. Compare plans.

EU hosting is not a footnote

We host in the EU, as a Greek company. For EU agencies that is a reason to pick us over a US change-detection tool, not a slogan. GDPR is the law we live under. VAT-compliant invoices are the default. How the company is run.

How many of your links are already broken?

Fourteen days on Daily or Deep Sweep, card required. The digest is the product — one email when something changed, silence otherwise.
